What does Y Anglican do? The answer is simple, Y Anglican doesn't do anything. The network is simply a common meeting point where enthusiastic and talented people come to share their stories, collectively conceive new ideas, and then go and turn those dreams into reality.
The strength of the Y Anglican network is in the people it brings together and the ideas they bring to the table. Some of the projects already in various stages of gestation are:
An ezine designed to make us all think. Featuring young Anglican leaders and the projects they are developing as well as commentary on public theology.
An annual conference drawing together young Anglicans and key leaders for creative discussion and planning.
An innovation fund giving young Anglicans access to seed capital for new ideas and expressions of mission and minstry.
If you have a plans for a project that you'd like to share and get others on board, or if you're inspired by one of the projects above and would like to contribute your time and gifts, please get in touch.
